Sharon will guide you through a soul nourishing ceremonial cacao experience to help you come back to centre and to find your calm and to ground. ⁣⁣⁣⁣

Adrienne will guide you to surrender onto your mat and breathe, settle, unwind, relax and sink into the embrace of yoga through the medium of your breath and gentle movements. Drop into deep rest and peace with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation. ⁣⁣
